ABOUT THE OWNER
I started my career in financial services in the year 2003 working for the largest Federal Credit Union in New York State. Upon graduating from SUNY Geneseo in 2008, I began focusing on building my Banking and Personal Financial Services career towards Retail Banking Management. In 2010, I accepted my first role in Retail Banking Leadership, working more with small business owners and managing a full-service team to render financial deliverables to the Rochester, NY market area. In 2016, I began investing in rental property in which I formed a partnership to accumulate new rental properties and provide a better living experience for tenants in the Rochester area community. In August 2021, I decided to shift my success to a more targeted and equitable venture, providing 1:1 direct services to small business owners and working-class Americans. It is my experience that most working-class Americans will not start working towards their financial goals and priorities until retirement age is imminent. This not only guarantees a life-long career of being in the working class; it also takes a toll on their mental health and relationships. Strategic planning and execution is aimed to help eliminate pitfalls and reach stated goals. Strategic planning and execution in some cases can be a full-time commitment. It is no secret that large multi-billion dollar institutions have employees fully dedicated to developing and testing strategies. It is my full pleasure to embark on this journey with so many motivated and determined future entrepreneurs who are willing to make a difference. Whether it's a full time commitment or a side business venture, sound business elements and principles will need to be invoked. Time is extremely valuable and the desired results should not be limited due to the limitations on your time. The Jones Group of Western New York is here for you!

My Business has been my primary income for at least 5 years, and I have not started saving for retirement. How can I save for retirement since I don’t have a 401k?Great news! You don’t need a 401k to start saving for retirement. Many financial institutions will allow you to open your own IRA or a Self-Employed IRA so that you can continue meeting your retirement goals. There are many strategies and resources to fund your IRA, however, the most important part is saving!
