The Final Short Quarter

Today marks the 1st working day for the final quarter of the year. Quarter 4!!

I call this Quarter of the year the short quarter. It is one of the most critical quarters of the year, however, it is not to be left with crammed up tasks passed over from the previous quarter's strategy and planning. In fact, Quarter 4 should be the culmination of all the successes for the year and a time to tie up some loose ends. With multiple significant holidays and challenging weather for Western NY, it is incumbent to shorten your Quarter 4 expectations to accommodate for lost time that these upcoming holidays bring.
