It is very easy for us Business Owners and working class Americans to get tunnel focus on our results, numbers, and money.

For today, my message is short.

Remember the lives that you have positively impacted throughout the course of your leadership or your career. Never forget to include the customer experience in your goals and results. This measure may not always reflect clearly in your bottom line given the nature of one's work or business. However, it must never go unmentioned, the power of human impact.
